GRAND RAPIDS, Mich—
Former assistant restaurant manager Nataly Bucio, 21, was arraigned Wednesday morning in 63rd District Court.
The Grand Rapids resident is charged with a misdemeanor for refusing accommodation to a person with disabilities led by a service dog.
She was arrested in January after a customer who uses a service dog said she refused to seat him at the Don Julius restaurant in Kentwood.
If convicted, she could face 90 days in jail.
The restaurant has since closed.
