Your doing a great job Kelli. It is very hard to stop once you start. But just remember, it takes about 3500 calories to add up to 1 pound and you went and worked it off. This is a learning experience for you and you did the right thing with taking control, journaling and working it off. See you next week, don't feel guilty!!!!
