IRVINE, Calif. (KTLA) -- A 41-year-old mother was charged Wednesday with committing lewd acts on a 14-year-old boy who came over to her house to play with her son.
Nicole Ethel McMillen, Irvine, is charged with four felony counts of lewd acts upon a child and two felony counts of oral copulation of a minor under 16 years old.
If convicted, she faces a maximum sentence of six years and three months in state prison.
She is currently out on bail.
She is scheduled to be arraigned March 19.
McMillen, who also works as a teacher's aide at the Tustin Unified School District, was arrested after the parents of the 14-year-old boy reported the relationship to police.
According to Irvine Police, McMillen had been having sexual contact with the teen over a six week period at her home in Irvine.
Detectives believe there may be more victims, and they are asking anyone with additional information to come forward.
