(WSBT) Goshen Police arrested a man Monday for impersonating a police officer.

Christopher Reid, 19, of Elkhart is in the county jail.

Police say on Sunday, Reid was driving a white Crown Victoria with a police radar unit inside.

They say Reid drove up to another driver on U.S. 33 and flashed his lights at the car.

When the two pulled over, the driver of the car asked to see a badge, but Reid did not have one.

The man drove off, and Reid reportedly followed him for a while before driving away. The driver reported what happened to Goshen Police.

Monday, Reid was pulled over for a routine traffic stop. Because his vehicle matched the description reported to police, he was taken in for questioning, and later arrested.

If he is guilty why are they dragging their feet to sentence him. Sometimes what we read or the info we obtain is not true. Also it is sad for police to bully someone into something that is not true. Has anyone ever asked his side? This is sad.

If we as parents were able to discipline our kids with spankings I really think that things would get a lot better, but oh yea they say that lightly, not leaving a bruise is abuse!!!! No wonder we have all the sickos around
