Two New Council Members Elected in Roseland

By Beth Boehne

(WSBT) The small town of Roseland has been in the news a lot in the past couple of years because of the fights between town council members.

Two of the three current members will be gone in January.

David Snyder chose not to run for re-election and Charley Shields lost in the primary.

They'll be replaced by Democrats Robin Ackerson and Elizabeth McCombs, who defeated Republicans Mike Gillam and Glen Klopfenstein for seats on the council.
