Michigan Marine pleads guilty in child exploitation case

(WSBT) A St. Joseph County, Mich. Marine admits he took a 12-year-old girl across international borders to sexually exploit her.

Toby Studabaker, 36, says he and the girl chatted regularly online. Studabaker met her in England, then the two traveled to France.

He served time in England for abducting the girl and was deported back to the U.S. in June.

Studabaker also pleaded guilty to child pornography charges on Tuesday. He could face up to 40 years in prison.
