Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter and Marshall Emergency Management Agency director Clyde Avery ask affected residents to call (574) 936-2017 or (574) 936-3740 to have sandbags provided to them.

In addition to the Six Span Bridge, Elkhart County Emergency Management has set up a second location for picking up sandbags: 59308 County Road 7. Those wishing to pickup sandbags will need to bring their own shovel only, and upon entering the gate go directly to the left.

Emergency Management has also opened a third site for sandbags at Middlebury Public Works located at 125 York Dr. in Middlebury, IN.
