What do you mean, becoming to dangerous to live in south bend, these shootings have been going on for years. I guess all the suspects in these cases parents must be working double shifts at work to look after the kids who are doing all the shooting.

How many shootings have we had this year already? Is it becoming too dangerous to live in this community???????? I reported a gun shot one day via 911 and the attitude of the woman who answered was like....why are you bothering me with this. I guess this is becoming common place.
