My late husband and jimmy were very close friends. He would come to our house almost everyday when he lived with his mother. jimmy was a very kind hearted man. His heart was as big as the sea, all you had to do is ask jimmy for help and he was there. It is a shame that his wife had to find out more of the details on the news. I surely hope that they find whoever done this. We all need to pray for Jimmy's and his family. God's speed Jimmy!

this was a good hearted man that would do anything for anybody at anytime, just as his brother Chuck is missed, Jimmi will also be missed. Please keep his wife in your prayers.

Lets not forget the good times that we had with Jimi. Dont forget that he was a good natured guy and that he had his faults as we all do. The man wasnt homeless, he has a wife, family, and friends that are mourning his death and missing him more and more everyday. Rest In Peace, Jimi, we love you man!

Read your posts before submitting. Your grammar skills are absolutely horrible. It takes away from the point you are trying to make when you come off as illiterate and ignorant. Go to dictionary.com if you aren't sure how to spell something. Now, back to the subject, I will keep this man's family in my prayers. I'm sure the unanswered questions are almost unbearable to live with.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, chocolate in one hand, red wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, screaming "woo hoo what a ride!" I'll miss you alot my friend.

why are so many people say he was homeless. i have known this man since i was a young child. he did have a rough life not because of his parents but for the bad choices he had made. but i'll tell you he was a very caring person. did any of you know that his brother was murdered in 1995.they have never solved his murder. if it was someone in higher importance they would still be investigated but i think everyone is inportant no matter what thier level of life they lived.they charged a man with

Are they sure he was dead? Maybe he was just napping in the landfill. I think they need to investigate this further.

continued: The Elkhart Sheriff's department really dropped the ball on this one. The Elkhart Sheriff's department released information to the media without any notification to the family or next of kin. The Elkhart Sheriff's department owes James Bradshaw's family and his wife an outright apology and should do so expeditiously.

This man was my cousins husband. The Elkhart Sheriff's department notified my cousin of her husbands death at approximately 4pm. The Elkhart Sheriff's department gave her no details and the first information she learned regarding the circumstances surrounding his death were on the fox28 news last evening at 10pm.

Again, everyone is so quick to find the sliver in some one elses eye they can't see the trunk in their own. READ IT AGAIN PM MORON! The writer from Osceola stated that we live in a 'throw away' society. Where do things we no longer want or have a use for end up? A DUMPSTER? Maybe he WAS homeless. Our society refuses to address the situation, we, as a society, would rather discard it. Some people try to help and God love them for it, but the problems have the problem solvers out numbered 5/1.

To: Osceola- Nobody knows if this man that was found was murdered yet. It could be possible that he had gotten into the dumpster to get out of the weather and died there. He could have been homeless, not to say that this isn't any worse but this could have been the case. If he has family, my prayers go out to them in this trying time.

It was only a matter of time before an abomination such as this would personify the 'throw away' society we have become. This is what has been happening for over 45 years to human beings that were all about 44 years younger than this person. Saddly, no one is asking for anyones help in investigating those deaths. Our prayers go out for this man and all those that have left this world by the evil of someone elses hand.
