Although the name of the deceased is being withheld by police pending notification of family, officers said the accident was a head-on collision involving two vehicles, a Dodge four-door car and a Ford pickup truck.

Investigators said the driver of the Dodge was killed and pronounced dead at the scene, and that the pickup driver was transported to Starke Memorial Hospital, then flown elsewhere for additional treatment.

The man killed was my Uncle Ray Hull 58 yrs old on his way to work, he would have been married 25yrs on May 28,2008 . He was taken from us to early because of a careless driver. Our family misses him dearly we want him back home. Uncle Ray loved the Vikings, enjoyed golf, fishing and most of all having all the get togethers with his family and friends. We never got to say goodbye our hearts are broken. He left behind a large family that loves him and questions WHY! WHY HIM!!
