LaGrange County trash firm near Toll Road catches fire

A fire at a trash hauling business north of Shipshewana caused a stir Saturday afternoon.

SBT24/7 News received a tip about the fire, at the National Serv-All facility, just after 5 p.m.

The site is in the small community of Scott, just south of the Indiana Toll Road in LaGrange County.

Authorities said crews from Shipshewana and Howe, Ind., were sent to battle the blaze.

There were no reports of injuries, and no word on what cause the fire.

National Serv-All is a trash hauling service based in Fort Wayne. According to the company Web site, Serv-All handles residential and commercial trash removal, as well as some recycling.

No damage estimates on the fire were available.
