MISHAWAKA — Many parents of Penn-Harris-Madison School Corp. students are still waiting for their child’s bus stop information.

Students head back to school Wednesday.

Teresa Carroll, a spokeswoman for PHM, said some of the bus stop information wasn’t mailed until Monday. She expects most parents to receive the information Tuesday.

As a result of the mailing delay, Carroll said the corporation is extending its transportation office hours until 8 p.m. The number is (574) 258-9565. The call volume has been heavy, she said.

Carroll also said that bus drivers have been asked to contact their assigned riders and notify them where their bus stop will be Wednesday and what time to be there.
