SOUTH BEND — A man has been arrested in connection with a robbery Wednesday at the Credit Union Center.

According to a news release, Mishawaka police officers, acting on a tip, located a suspect in a home on South Bend’s north side Friday.

Evidence was reportedly recovered from the home, and the suspect, whose name has not been released, is currently being held in the St. Joseph County Jail.

A man wearing a red, hooded sweatshirt with holes cut in the hood for eyes reportedly robbed the Credit Union Center, 3136 E. Edison Road, about 12:20 p.m. Wednesday.
