Man shot twice outside home in South Bend

SOUTH BEND – A man was shot in the buttocks late Friday outside a home on Prast Boulevard, police said.

About 10 p.m., South Bend police responded to the 800 block of North Elmer Street, where they found a man with two gunshot wounds to his backside.

The man, whose name and age are unknown, was reportedly shot around the corner from the Elmer Street home, outside a residence on the corner of Prast and Elmer.

The victim ran to the Elmer Street home after he was shot, police said.

Witnesses were uncooperative, and it is unknown what led to the shooting, police said.

The man was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were reportedly not life-threatening.

Through out all of human history, things have only changed because visionaries were in positions of authority. "The people" have never changed anything. "The people" are indifferent, zombies. Dead on the inside. To get recruits for the revolutionary war, they had to get young men very very drunk and trick them into signing a paper. Thugs are moving in because no one in authority today cares. They live in places that are untouched by the ugliness. Things will get worse before they get better.

That's not the half of it..last Friday night someone drove by the same house on Elmer and Prast and shot 5 shots at it..must not have got them last weekend and went back this weekend. Apparently no one called the cops last weekend so it's a no wonder why they weren't helpful this weekend. I say give them all ammo and put them on an island and let them duke it out.
