Police ID South Bend homicide victim

SOUTH BEND — The victim of an early morning shooting Sunday has been identified as 22-year-old James Martin.

Martin was shot and killed during a reported home invasion in the 100 block of East Woodside Street in South Bend.

The St. Joseph County Metro Homicide Unit is investigating. Police are asking anyone with information of the shooting to call the homicide unit at (574) 235-5009.
