It's been an up and down season for the Fighting Irish, and--with the season now wrapping up--some local businesses say it's also been a roller-coaster ride for their bottom lines.
Sheriff, former resource officer say Penn is unsafe
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY ― For the first time since he was asked to leave his position as Penn High School's resource officer, a St. Joseph County Police officer is sharing his side of the story. Cpl. Dave Sult says the school is not any safer than when he left 9 months ago, and the Sheriff agrees.
Health Panel: Women can get pap smears less frequently
NILES – Local doctors say there is a big difference between two recommendations released this week for women to screen for certain cancers less often. The latest one says women do not need to test so often for cervical cancer.
