LaPorte bank robbery suspect apprehended in Florida

LaPORTE — Bank robbery suspect Jason M. Guill was taken into custody by Miami, Fla. authorities, according to LaPorte Police.

Guill was wanted in connection with Northern Indiana Federal Credit Union robbery on Nov. 14 in LaPorte.

Police say the suspect entered the credit union in the 600 block of State Street and demanded money.

He was last seen running from the credit union, across State Street and through a business parking lot.

He was taken into custody without incident.
