WARSAW — Warsaw Police arrested three suspects on methamphetamine charges, Friday after their vehicle was observed driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

Police Sgt. Steve Rockey observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way in the 500 block of East Main Street about 9:35 a.m.

After Rockey conducted the traffic stop, precursors for the production of meth were located inside the vehicle.

Police arrested the driver, Kevin Mitchell Irwin, 28, whose address wasn’t known immediately. He was being held on an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Marshall County. His bond was set at $2,000.

The second suspect, Jerry Lynn Hogan, 50, of Bourbon, was being held on an outstanding warrant from Howard County for battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement.

The third suspect was identified as Therisa Rene Andrew, 40, from Fort Wayne.

KEVIN- The sad part is that you have 3 kids that love and need you. Marshall county gave you a break on your last drug charge and you learned nothing. Look at what this drug has done to you!! You need serious help.

TO "local" it's like this. Have you ever watched a Clint Eastwood movie called, High Plains Drifter? He says to the reverend, "If these people are your brothers and sisters then, you wouldn't mind having them live at your house, now wouldn't you?" So, take these Meth makers and let them live at your house. See,if you care enough to rehab them. Oh no, wouldn't go that far eh? I have no sympathy for drug makers and takers. They made that choice! They are a menace to society.

Local: Actually, if you read the whole thing, the Book says "judge rightly" and "don't judge someone for the speck in their eye if you have a log in yours" meaning don't judge someone for being a drug addict if you're also a drug addict, or something as bad or worse. It's simple reasoning. Use yer God given brains. And these people can't be helped. They're sociopaths. There is no treatment or cure. A society that didn't have an antiquated justice system would keep them in a cage...

Wow! It is amazin' to me that several of the single ingredients of meth could kill an individual - so let's just mix them all up and get high! No wonder they all look like death!

It is really sad to see that this is what the world is coming to. Because the economy is so bad and there are so many other problems people have to resort to doing, selling and makeing illegal drugs. Please pray that the other people who are doing drugs like these people will stop and pray that things can get better for them so they dont have to resort to drugs.

Man!! She really looks mad, doesn't she?! LOL. And the first dude. Is that a rat superglued to his chin? Wow. I always thought meth heads were skinny? How come this girl and the other one on the different post are heavy? To Local, the only help these people need are to be shown the way to the nearest jail cell. "Judge not lest you be judged" my foot. If you don't like the forums, don't read them. Simple, isn't it?

Judge not my patoot! I watched at an apartment complex burned to the ground because of a meth lab explosion...should we not hold those accountable because they haven't been to the judge or been convicted? There was question of who was to blame yet I should feel some sort of compassion for the drug manufacturer. I think NOT! They should have thrown them back into the fire to burn like the unknowing single mother and her 2 innocent toddlers that had gone to sleep thinking they were safe! Now what?

Judge not lest ye be judged. Fact straight from The Book. The news is there just to inform us, not so we can add our 2 cents and go to sleep thinking bad thoughts of others, and how great we are. People have made these "Add your Comments Columns" nothing more than Jerry Springer blogs most of the time. Insyead of tearing people down, do any of you think of ways TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED? When some see a problem, they complain about it, others try to think of how to fix it. What are you?

The sad part of this story is, that meth is taking over a lot of ppl every day. They are not mentally right once it takes them over. Most of them will never leave the drug behind. The cops know most of these people. Once they are busted they go right back to the crowd when they are let out, I don't think it would be that hard to scout them out. LOOK at them.......

If you could put a caption to the pictures, we'd start with the dude on the far left. " Yeah, I look like Charles Mansion." Then the guy in the middle, " Yep, I got busted." And then, the girl?? " Look into my eyes, do you see the moon?" She has a bad hair day too. Is that Lindsey Lohan in a bad mood? See what that wonderful Meth does to ya?

What makes this people go into meth when there are a lot of kids already into pot and coke. How much of a profit do they get for making this dangerous chemical? They could be working somewhere or helping the old people in nursing homes. There is always a need for volunteers at homeless shelters, tanning salons, feeding centers, clothing distribution, and jails too.But I am sure they will end up there sooner or later. Are this the same con artists that were in a station wagon asking for money?
