WARSAW — Warsaw Police arrested three suspects on methamphetamine charges, Friday after their vehicle was observed driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

Police Sgt. Steve Rockey observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way in the 500 block of East Main Street about 9:35 a.m.

After Rockey conducted the traffic stop, precursors for the production of meth were located inside the vehicle.

Police arrested the driver, Kevin Mitchell Irwin, 28, whose address wasn’t known immediately. He was being held on an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Marshall County. His bond was set at $2,000.

The second suspect, Jerry Lynn Hogan, 50, of Bourbon, was being held on an outstanding warrant from Howard County for battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement.

The third suspect was identified as Therisa Rene Andrew, 40, from Fort Wayne.

Assisting in the arrests were members from the Winona Lake Police Department and the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force.
