Armed suspect robs Elkhart gas station

ELKHART — Police are looking Wednesday for a suspect in an overnight Elkhart armed robbery.

City 911 dispatchers said the Huck's Convenience Store in the 800 block of East Mishawaka Avenue, near U.S. 20, was robbed about 11:50 p.m.

Police were told the suspect displayed a handgun, demanded cash and fled.

No one was injured during the robbery.

Authorities did not immediately release a description of the suspect.
