Plymouth opens warming center for those without heat

PLYMOUTH — The city of Plymouth has opened a warming center for residents who lost power in Friday’s ice storm or who otherwise are unable to heat their homes during the current cold snap.

The warming center, at 321 N. Center St., opened early Saturday afternoon, according to Mayor Mark Senter.
