WARSAW — Police investigating reports of a suspicious vehicle in a Walgreen’s parking lot found a mobile methamphetamine lab.

Police were called to the Walgreen’s on Center Street approximately 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, where they found large amounts of precursors used in the production of meth in a green 1999 Chevy Malibu.

Juan Palmer Olivo, 31 of Milford, was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of anhydrous ammonia, possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana. Additional charges are being sought related to dealing and possessing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.

The car’s owner, 36-year-old Amanda Mullins of Warsaw, was released. Warrants will be requested related to dealing and possessing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, according to Warsaw Police.

Warsaw Police were assisted by the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Indiana State Police Methamphetamine Lab Team.
