No injuries reported in Swanson Estates fire

Residents of a Swanson Estates home were forced into a cold, snowy night after a fire was reported early Sunday.

St. Joseph County 911 dispatch said the fire was reported just after 2 a.m. in the 17300 block of Parker Drive, off Cleveland Road and northeast of South Bend.

No one was injured in the fire.

Crews found flames in the attic, according to initial scanner reports, but no official word on the cause of the blaze or extent of the damages has been released.
