Berrien County Veterans Office relocates

If the move goes as planned, the Berrien County Veterans Office will open Monday (March 2) in a new location.

The new location, Berrien County Administration Center, 701 Main St., St. Joseph, offers easier accessibility and a more “user friendly” announcement, according to an agency news release.

The new office, just inside the visitor’s entrance at the Administration Center, is at street level which makes it barrier free and wheelchair accessible.

Agency staff are helping move the office Friday. They recommend calling the agency’s office on Monday before going to the new location to confirm the move has been completed. Reach the new office at (269) 983-7111, Ext. 8224 or Ext. 8118.

The agency’s previous location was in the Berrien County Courthouse.
