UPDATE: Marshall County barn blaze requires several fire departments

Firefighters from Polk Township, Plymouth and LaPaz fire departments battled a barn fire for several hours early Saturday in Marshall County.

The barn, in the 5800 block of Queen Road, was situated near a residence, according to firefighters at the scene.

The fire was reported just before 1 a.m.; firefighters were finished at about 3:45 a.m.

According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, there were no reports of injuries.
