School bus and semi-truck accident near Shipshewana

LAGRANGE COUNTY — Police say there were no injuries in a collision between a school bus and a semi-truck.

The accident happened around 11 a.m. Tuesday near US 20 and County Road 600 West, just east of Shipshewana.

Police say the semi was turning around near a construction zone when it hit the bus.

Eight students of Vistula Head Start, all under the age of 5, and the bus driver were on board at the time.
