ETNA GREEN — No one was seriously injured in a chain reaction accident that caused a truck to slam into the back of a school bus in Marshall County Friday morning.

According to police dispatchers, the Triton School Corp. bus and a truck collided on Old U.S. 30 at Apple Road just east of Bourbon about 7:40 a.m.

The bus stopped to pick up a child when a truck rear-ended another truck, pushing it into the bus, according to Triton school officials.

None of the 40 students on the bus were seriously injured, but a couple students were taken to the hospital in Warsaw as a precaution.
