Bogus $20 bills show up in Van Buren County

PAW PAW — Got a $20? If so and you’re a business owner in Van Buren County, you may want to check it.

Michigan State Police in Paw Paw said they’re investigating a series of counterfeit $20 bills that have been presented to businesses in the county.

Anyone receiving one or with information is asked to call police at (269) 657-5551.
