Motorcyclist injured in Cass County crash

A Cassopolis man was injured Saturday night following a motorcycle accident along Union Road.

Jacob Adams, 45, was taken to the hospital after he missed a curve and ran off the road north of Carter Lake Street, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Adams hit the guardrail in the 7:17 p.m. accident and was injured. He was taken to Elkhart General Hospital for treatment.

There was no immediate word on his condition.
