Accident ties up Toll Road traffic near LaPorte

Westbound traffic is moving as of 8:20 a.m. Saturday — via the berm &mdash at the Indiana Toll Road 41.8 mile marker near LaPorte.

No immediate details about the accident, that happened around 6:30 a.m., were available from Indiana State Police-Toll Road district.

Workers are clearing debris, though police could not estimate when normal traffic flow would be restored.
