UPDATE: Arrests made in Kosciusko County meth case

It started out as a domestic dispute, but a Kosciusko County case quickly turned into meth lab-related arrests late Monday.

The Sheriff’s Department said they were called about 11 p.m. to come to a home on South County Farm Road, not far from the intersection with County Road 1000 South. The area is north of Indiana 14 near Claypool and Silver Lake, Ind.

When police arrived, they discovered an active meth lab, according to county 911 dispatch.

The Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Unit was then called to assist with the cleanup. They remained there early Tuesday, police at the Bremen post said.

Justin Vining, 29, of Warsaw was arrested and charged with felony manufacturing and dealing methamphetamine, and battery.

Tabitha Vining, 26, of Silver Lake was arrested and charged with felony manufacturing and dealing methamphetamine and battery.

Ronald Bailey, 40, of Silver Lake was arrested and charged with felony manufacturing and dealing methamphetamine.

A fourth person drove up to the home while police were there and was found to have an outstanding warrant.

Brian Caudill, 31, of Leesburg was arrested on an outstanding warrant for ephedrine-restriction or violation of sale.
