Niles area man picked up on child sex charges

CASSOPOLIS — A Niles area man has been lodged in the Cass County Jail on four counts of child sexually abusive activity.

Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz reported today that Raymond Joseph-Lee Hulben, 42, is facing a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $100,000 fine if convicted.

Fitz said the alleged incident occurred "on or about" Wednesday at Hulben's residence in the 800 block of Leet Road.

Hulben was arrested Wednesday by Michigan State Police and arraigned in 4th District Court. Bond was set at $100,000.
