GOSHEN — Police have released the names of the two people killed Friday in a two-car collision.

Two of three people in one car died, including the driver, 83-year-old Rudy Anderson, and a back-seat passenger, 90-year-old Fannie Kauffman, both of Rensselaer, Ind.

Another passenger in that car, 80-year-old Rosa Lohr, of Kentland, Ind., was airlifted to Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

The status of her condition was not available today.

The car was going south on County Road 37, but Anderson disregarded the stop sign at the County Road 34 intersection, according to police.

The other driver, Saul Pedroza, 28, of Goshen, was taken to Goshen General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
