Crash shuts down Bremen Hwy in Mishawaka

MISHAWAKA — An accident shut down a portion of Bremen Highway in Mishawaka early Friday afternoon.

The crash occurred on Bremen Highway at Dragoon Trail just after noon.

According to police dispatch, a vehicle rolled and crashed into a tree, narrowly missing a bicyclist.

There were believed to be only minor injuries in the crash, according to the dispatcher.

Bremen Highway was shut down between Dragoon Trail and Ireland Road while police investigated and crews cleaned up the scene.
