Deadlines change for Notre Dame football 'lawn parking permits'

Lawn parking applications for Notre Dame football weekends are now available online through the City of South Bend, but the deadlines for applying have changed.

Online applications are in the “forms center” of the city’s Web site: www.southbendin.gov

Applications, proof of residency, site plans and other documents can be submitted by e-mail or via regular mail to the city clerk’s office, attention Winona Hays. Once paperwork is processed, permits will be mailed to applicants.

Deadlines to apply for lawn parking permits are now noon Wednesdays before the games.

Notre Dame home games are: Sept. 5 (Nevada); Sept. 19 (Michigan State); Oct. 3 (Washington); Oct. 24 (Boston College); and Nov. 21 (Connecticut).
