Barn catches fire in Bourbon

BOURBON ― Firefighters were dispatched Sunday morning to a barn fire near the intersection of Gumwood and 12B roads.

The call was received around 10 a.m. According to Marshall County dispatch, crews arrived on the scene to find the barn fully engulfed in flames.

The fire has been contained, according to dispatch. No people or animals were in the barn and no injuries were reported.

Bourbon Fire and EMS were assisted by Plymouth Fire and EMS, and Marshall County police.
