Topeka's deputy town marshal is in police custody on drug charges.

LaGrange County and a multi-Indiana county drug task force started investigating Zachary Miller two months ago.

They arrested him Wednesday for official misconduct and conspiracy to deal methamphetamines.

Investigators aren't releasing much about what they think he may have done, but say prosecutors in both LaGrange and Noble counties are now reviewing charges against him.
