South Bend man hospitalized following stabbing

One man was taken to a South Bend hospital late Wednesday following a stabbing on the city’s south side.

Police were called to a home in the 800 block of East Dayton Street about 10 p.m., according to 911 dispatch. That’s in the area near the Studebaker Golf Course and Riley High School.

There was no immediate word on the man’s condition.

Authorities said early Thursday that no arrests had been made yet in the case.
