It was one of Michael Jackson's most prized possessions, and a Goshen family just saw it firsthand.

Dawn Woods and her family saw the famous glittery glove Jackson wore when he debuted the moonwalk during a 1983 Motown TV special.

Dawn's brother, Darren Julien, owns the celebrity auction house in Los Angeles that auctioned it off.

A Hong Kong restaurant owner bought it, and Darren visited family in Goshen on his way to Hong Kong to deliver it.

“It was really a unique item that he had,” Woods said.

“Just kind of incredible that (Julien) stopped by here with it. We see different unique items that he brings, but this one was a little bit out of the ordinary. I think even he was surprised about the cost of, the price that it went for.”

The family also got to see a black jacket Jackson wore during his “Bad” musical tour. Someone in Texas bought it for $270,000.

And, as you might expect, the family was under strict orders not to touch anything.
