Third teenager charged In South Bend arson fires

(WSBT) Prosecutors have now charged a third teenager with a series of arson fires at an apartment complex. Police are still looking for 18-year-old Justin Brooks.

Monday, William Glover and David Opfer, both 18, were arrested on arson charges. They are scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday.

Police say Glover and Opfer admitted using gasoline and paper
towels to start fires at the Park Jefferson Apartments in April.
