Arson Suspects To Be Arraigned for April Fires

By Michael Guilmette

(WSBT) Two teens suspected of starting fires at a local apartment complex will be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.

William Glover and David Opfer, both 18, face three counts of arson. Police say they admitted using gasoline and paper towels to start fires at South Bend's Park Jefferson Apartments in April.

Police are searching for a third teenager they believe is involved in the arsons. Prosecutors say they'll charge 18-year-old Justin Brooks when police find him.
