Goshen business catches fire late Friday

GOSHEN — Elkhart County dispatch said a business in Goshen caught fire late Friday night.

A dispatcher said Lippert Components, in the 65000 block of Sourwood Drive, caught fire shortly after 11 p.m. Friday.

Crews were able to contain the blaze shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday.

The fire was believed to have started inside and it spread to the roof. The cause of the fire is not yet known.

There were no injuries.

According to their website, Lippert Components manufactures mobile home chassis, chassis parts, and galvanized steel roofing as well as RV, fifth wheel, and travel trailer chassis.
