Even winter enthusiasts might think the weather over the next few days is too cold.

An extreme cold outbreak is expected, and we could approach record lows between Sunday night and Tuesday.

The National Weather Service says temperatures below zero and windy conditions will combine to create dangerous and possibly life-threatening conditions.
