Typically during late February, afternoon high temperatures are in the upper 30s to lower 40s. This year, it's a different story.

As we approach early March in the coming days, high temperatures will struggle to even be in the double digits. Overnight lows will be at or below zero several times this week. This will likely break multiple records for minimum daytime high temperatures as well as overnight lows.

Wed. Forecast High is 9°. The record minimum high temperature is 14° set in 1963.

Thu. Forecast high is 9°. The record minimum high temperature is 12° set in 1925.

Fri. Forecast Low is -8°. Record morning low is 2° in 1947.

Sat. Forecast high is 22°. Record minimum high temperature is 17° set in 1962.

By the upcoming weekend, temperatures begin to warm as our attention turns to potential snowfall.
