Guilty but mentally ill of murder -- That's the plea of 60-year-old Edward Hensley in the murder of his sister last year.
Hensley entered the plea in a Cass County court on Tuesday.
He was arrested for Martha Sexton's murder. That's his sister.
Hensley was living with her at the time in her Mason Township home.
After two mental health exams, it was determined he was sane at the time of the slaying.
The plea means he will go to prison but receive mental health treatment while there.
Hensley is set to be sentenced next month.
