A breakdown of events in the Allentown explosion Wednesday night that killed five people:
10:50 p.m. -- Explosion in 500 block of N. 13th Street levels two homes and spreads fire to six others.
UGI Utilities called.
11 p.m. -- Evacuation of more than 350 people begins, including 265 residents at nearby Gross Towers senior high-rise.
11:18 p.m. -- First UGI workers arrive.
12:30 a.m. -- Evacuees begin gathering at Agri-Plex at Allentown Fairgrounds.
2 a.m. -- Reached in Florida, Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski calls the accident a gas explosion.
2:15 a.m. -- Family members confirm that William and Beatrice Hall are missing.
3 a.m. -- Some residents return to Gross Towers.
3:45 a.m. -- After difficulty digging into frozen street, UGI workers cut off gas to block.
4 a.m. -- Agri-Plex is cleared and some evacuees are moved to area hotels.
4:45 a.m. -- Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim is called to scene.
9:30 a.m. -- Family member confirms William and Beatrice Hall have died.
11:30 a.m. -- Grim announces that three people, ages ranging from 4 months to 79 years old, were found in rubble; two others remain missing.
2 p.m. -- Family members confirm five people are dead.
4 p.m. -- Grim says four of the five have been found. Search dogs comb rubble for last victim.
5-5:30 p.m. -- Fifth body found.
