We learned overnight that an Indiana high school football player who was seriously injured in a game against Warsaw last month has been released from a rehab center.

Columbia City Senior Sam Dailey suffered a brain injury during the game at Warsaw High School on August 23. Columbia City is southeast of Warsaw.

Doctors said the injury caused a blood clot to form on his brain. Since August, Dailey has had several surgery to reduce swelling.

His coach says he was released from rehab last week and will now receive daily therapy treatments and in-home care.
