There is an update in the election fraud case that sent former St. Joseph County Democratic Chairman Butch Morgan to prison.
The Indiana Court of Appeals has thrown out 9 of the 10 charges against Dustin Blythe, who used to work in the county's Voter Registration Office.
He, Morgan and two others were accused of forging signatures on a petition to get Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on Indiana's 2008 primary ballot.
The appeals court threw out all of Blythe's convictions except one for forgery.
He was sentenced to one year in community corrections.
The Court is sending the case back so he will be re-sentenced.
