Parent has asked city to reinstate Sniadecki

SOUTH BEND — South Bend school board President Roger Parent is attempting to strip Vice President Bill Sniadecki of his title and duties as an officer of the board, but he’s also appealed two times to South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg to get Sniadecki reinstated as an employee of the city.
