Warm weekend temperatures are giving some folks spring fever, and others- boating fever!

For more than 30-years, boating enthusiasts have visited the Roanoke Civic Center for the Southwest Virginia Boat Show.

Boats of all shapes, sizes and prices are on display.

For Smith Mountain Lake boat dealers this is an opportunity to show the hottest items.

"The wakeboard boats or the ski boats, that's picked up a lot in the last few years and that's doing well. Like I said, the paddle boards are coming on real strong. And, they're not cheap, but once you sell someone a boat and they see that, that's next on their list," explains Jim Mills of the SWVA Boat Dealers Association.

Personal water craft, or jet skis, are also big sellers.

The weekend- long event ends Sunday evening.

It has doubled in size over the last several years.
