From the Roanoke County Schools:
The entrance to William Byrd Middle School and William Byrd High School has been repaired. Both schools will open on regular schedule tomorrow, Thursday, September 8. Students and staff should be prepared to attend an “A” day schedule on Thursday.
The school day and instructional time missed on Wednesday will be made up on October 21, which was originally scheduled as a teacher work day.
